Air Fitting Lock

All the pneumatic devices need to be in the good condition in order to avoid an unexpected accident during working. The air flows inside the tube, to the device. The correct and good condition air fitting need to be use to avoid the air leaking. The end of the fitting need to be lock by the air fitting lock, not the cable tight, in order to avoid the air loose by its connection due to high pressure inside the tube.

Sealer Machine

The sealer machine function to seal upper and bottom part of the carton (TV box) with the tape. Purpose of using this machine is to make sure the tape is accurate on its dimension and tighten of the tape itself.

Raku Raku Hand

The Raku Raku hand is the machine to remove the television set from horizontal position to vertical position. The television set which is heavy depends on its size, cannot be move manually by the operator, in order to avoid the slippery and the dirt or thumb print on the TV set.

The Lock Tight

The lock tight function to tighten the screw and nut. It is special liquid for the steel surface. It is necessary to put the lock tight in between the screw and nut in order to get the better grip and much stronger to overcome all the forces acting to the screw.

The Programmable Logic Controller

The PLC is a software to program the input and output of the operation.All the PLC in the line were programmed based on specification.There may be the bass error occur regarding this software which the plate with Tv cannot move forward or the gold pin cannot enter the tv input socket. The factor may be :

1- at the sensor (cannot detect the Tv removal time)
2- wire cut out
3- The sensor out of position

Changing model

There are 20 production line,produce a various type and size of television.When the amount target achieved, they will change the product or size of the television. The mechanical work need to be hand on the plate ( a built in circuit board to hold the stand ). The stand ( Tv holder) have to be change or align to achieved the working position to the Tv to be assemble.

The Glass Jig

The company will produce two types of television,the glass,Liquid crystal display (LCD) television,and light emitting diode (LED) with various size.To produce the glass television type,the glass jig is the first machine to enter the production line before start the assembling process. The glass jig is the machine to hold the glass instead of giving the full scale alignment to attach the brackets (a metal at the back of the glass). Before the glass jig enter the line, the ME machine will first doing the operation and servicing to the jig, to make sure there are no error on alignment and well lubricated by a silicon.
